Shipping Policy
Online Cabinets Canada is not directly affiliated with the delivery services offered. Delivery items are subject to some delivery restrictions. All orders are "curbside" delivery. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please take photos and note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Shipping charges cover one delivery attempt. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges for failure of delivery due to customer’s circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy
Online Cabinets Canada may accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized by Online Cabinets Canada prior to shipment. Qualifying returns will be subject to a 45% restocking fee and the credit will be made available as in-store credit only. For more information please see our Terms & Conditions or contact us.
